We work very hard on our pricing and research each cannabis product to ensure that the price is competitive on a local scale. Our business focuses on quality cannabis over carrying inferior products.

Our products indicate the ingredients used and whether or not they may
have been produced in a cannabis facility that contains peanuts.

CBD is a cannabinoid. It is found in cannabis and hemp products. However cannabis products can contain a far higher amount of CBD in flower.

Cannabis contains a higher potency of THC than hemp.

The product label will tell you how much THC or CBD is in a product. For example, a product says it has 200 mg of THC, it would be equivalent to 20%.

At The Bakery Cannabis, we ensure that our products are fresh. Every product has a packaged date and you can see how recently it was
packaged.

Should you ever need to reach them, the licensed producer of every product must provide their name and contact details on the product label, including an email address and phone number.

Each product also includes a lot number which refers to a specific harvest, or “lot” of products, which helps trace it back to quality control processes. Take note of the lot number if making a product inquiry.

In the province of Ontario, cannabis dispensaries must adhere to the regulations established by the AGCO (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario).

These regulations encompass licensing, product selection, age restrictions, and the imperative need for knowledgeable staff to address any inquiries related to cannabis.

Ontario has implemented a series of cannabis laws, including:

• Age Requirement: The legal age for purchasing, possessing, and consuming cannabis is 19 years old.
• Public Consumption: In general, consuming cannabis in public spaces is prohibited; however, select outdoor areas that permit tobacco smoking may also allow cannabis consumption.
• Impaired Driving: It is illegal to operate a vehicle while under the influence of cannabis.

The maximum amount of cannabis that can be purchased from licensed dispensaries may vary depending on the province or territory. However, according to federal law, individuals are permitted to possess up to 30 grams of dried cannabis or its equivalent.

Determining the ideal cannabis product is a subjective matter, as personal preferences vary widely, and the market offers a diverse range of options.

If you require guidance in finding the perfect cannabis product to suit your needs, our well-informed cannabis experts are always on hand to provide personalized recommendations and assist you in making an informed choice.
